Spellbound Quilted Witch Hat

Class Fee: $35
You will need the supplies on the back of the pattern (We reccomend quilting the fabric prior to class to ensure you can get your project done in the allotted time). If you let Harmony know in enough time, she may be able to quilt it for you, or have quilted bundles available to purchase.
You will also need:
- Scissors
- Rotary Cutter and Matt
- Pins or Binding clips
- Tracing Paper
- Machine and Thread
- Ruler with 45 degree mark (shop has one for you to borrow)
- Walking foot for your machine
- 2.5" strip of matching fabric to make the hat adjustable
- 1 yard of 1/4" ribbon for adjusting
